Custom Design: "Mesa" Dropleaf

A client-inspired challenge: design a table for a breakfast nook that was big enough for family and friends, but still not get in the way of traffic flow in the kitchen. The dropleaf was the answer. With one leaf down the table fit neatly against the wall. As more people joined the party the other leaf could be raised to accommodate them. The mesa design, with its tapered legs and natural mahogany finish, has an Arts & Crafts feel, but with a personal touch. The happy client also appreciated how the table design complemented the surrounding decor.
