Laundry Room Remodel

The original layout included an unsightly water heater, a plastic utility sink, and no storage space for laundry room essentials. We hid the water heater under a custom cabinet and worked in a sweet little sink. The cabinet is removable for servicing the heater and is topped with hand-set white tile: a nice surface for folding laundry. The matching hanging cabinet carried the design theme while adding much needed storage.
