Music Store Design, Displays & Fixtures

Nationally acclaimed Dusty Strings Music Store and School in Seattle is an unforgettable experience. Over the years, we designed the look and feel of this unique destination for people who are passionate about music and instruments. The fixtures we built complement the instruments: warm, woody, and designed to celebrate music at every turn. Recycled wood was used for many of the displays, while found objects and reclaimed windows were incorporated into a redesigned floor plan. Music history is featured through displays, and the school was made inviting for the student and comfortable for the dedicated parent waiting in the lobby. A long-term project that couldn’t be rushed, it has settled into a gem of a music store in the heart of Seattle.
